Printing Map in PDF some layers are gone

I have AutoCAD MAP 2012 and I want to print a map in PDF with paper size A1. Every time I print it in PDF paper size A1 some layers are gone. However, if I print it in PDF with paper size A4 all the layers are there. Do you know why?
