opening autocad 2002

I have an older version of Autocad (2002) when I purchased my new computer last year and I reloaded AutoCad 2002 when I tried to open it I got the follow two messages:

first: express tools: unable to load acetutil.arx

second: fatal error: unhandled e06d756h exception @ 765cc41fh
