Multiple sheet information?

I need to create multiple sheets with different information but on each of the pages I want to use half of the c-size template I'm working with to have about 20 4 digit numbers in numberical order. The problem is as I increase in sheets the numbers will increase numerically and I'm wondering if there is an equation or excel import that I can bring in to drive this situation. If anyone could help that would be great. JM
