Disappearing Leaders and Layers in Viewports

In certain viewports, I have leader/text and certain layers that will not show up - neither in the view port, nor in the print preview. They are not frozen in the viewport. I have a map that has been imported as a part of the drawing. I've tried reordering the elements in the drawing without results. Any Ideas as to why this is happening - and most importantly how to correct it?
