Dimension leader

When I dimension a circle or arc it puts the leader backwards, then I have to click on the grip and it flips it for me. It doesnt matter where I put dim at it still goes on backwards. I am trying to avoid this extra step. Other dwgs work just fine. Any solutions, Thanks
