Get those yellow pages out and look up every company that you would like to outsource CAD drafting services to.

Architects, engineers, fabricators, manufacturers, surveyors, and so on.

Call each firm and ask the receptionist, “Can you please tell me the manager’s name?”

Then follow up with, “Can I also have your fax number?”
