I was first introduced to AutoCAD in 1979 at a shipyard here in Louisiana where I worked as a HVAC designer.
I took a few courses; at the community college, correspondence school, and at a university. In later years I worked as a civil draftsman, mechanical and architectural designer.
I have roughly 15 years experience with the software. However, I am a little rusty now and I need a little refresher course for I have been a kitchen and bath design specialist for the past 6 years at a local home improvement company using a 20/20 software program.
I have a small design business at home and I just started marketing myself(business)by telecommuting with large companies such as; Lockheed Martin and I need a more sophisticated software program.
I do not have the capital at the moment. I am using CadStd and DraftSight presently.
I would love to obtain a download of AutoCAD because it would give my small business a more competitive edge with similar companies in the design sector.
